Question for Skylanders Spyro's Adventure

How do you talk to the weapons master? After we entered the vault and now it tells us to go talk to the weapons master. But he is not awake???

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no way to wake him up. There is a glitch in the game: if you don't continue on to Chapter 22 immediately after completing Chapter 21, the Weapons Master goes back to sleep...forever!!! That happened to me and my brother, and, after extensive research online, I've learned that you must start the game over from the beginning!! My brother and I are on chapter 6...AGAIN!! Sigh....
