At the completion of level 22 - Lair of Kaos - the screen goes blank. Is this a problem?

My son defeated Kaos yesterday and has noticed that there is no longer a Chapter 23 in the Chapter Select page.
It may be that, as Kaos has been defeated and sent away into exile, there is no longer any Chapter 23.
