Question for SimCity Creator

i am on year 2101 my pop is ruffly 800,000 my education level is 88-87 why don't i have a spaceport or a casino

For the spaceport I'm pretty sure you should raise the education level and the Casino add a lot of shop areas. If it doesn't work, that would suck, that happened with me to get a soccer field. Try to raise your education level up to about 200.

Yoy have to be past the year 2050 and have you education level above 135, I am 100% sure of this. Hoipe this helps.
