I need to find a way to kill this plant and I heard something about using this thing you find on the balcony

Plant killer food is located on 1st floor, outer-most location on east side of mansion. Enter the room with "Woman Drawing Water" statue(she also holds 1st floor map). The right hand doorway will lead you into a hallway. The first door you reach on the right hand corner will lead you outside. Follow the path around the corner and you will find it placed in a wheel barrow.
