Celebi is in the zone where you very first enter, right before the Meadow Zone. She's fluttering around the circular area in that zone.

Well you forgot something.You need to get a code off the computer then you play chase with her.She says she'll be your friend if you get every bonus on Tangrowth's Swing Along

thx for all this info i hope you can help on games some other time becuase my sis ter always wines at me because im older than her and i know how to use the computer and i get all the cheats and all she is is a game-o-holic. but pikachus adventure is like her favorite game shes already beat the story line and she still wants to get as much as she can of it since she beats it in only 6 hours! i i i i i i i. thx anways

Make sure you enter the password "58068773" in the passwords section of the home screen, and you'll have the chance to meet him in the entrance area of the pokepar, exactly the point where you began your game.

you need to get a code off the website for the game and then get EVERY bonus on tangrowth's swing along.

First, you need to get Celebi's password, which is 58068773. Then, go to the Pokepark entrance. Celebi will be there. You will chase him, and then you need to get all the Pokemon bonuses in Tangrowth's Swing-a-Long. Then, Celebi will be your friend.
