Magmortar Appearing

I can't find Magmortar no matter what I do, how can I get him to appear?

you have to complete the game, then he's in the lava zone.

If you want to get magmortar you have to beat Mew in battling,chase and jumping skills. Mew will battle you with three Pokemon magmortar then garchomp finally tyranitar. After you beat Mew go back to the lava zone. When you see the drifblim
By the berry sign look around. On your map on the right. You will see a circle the circle is where you are standing. Walk around the circle and you will find magmortar. HOPE THIS HELPS !

First, you need to defeat Mew twiceonce , then search around the Lava Zone for Magmortar
