No, you can't get rid of bad eggs. If you want Pokesav created Pokemon on your game you need to make it legit. Here is an example of a legit pokemon.
Ex)
1)A mewtwo with an origin that says found in Mystery Land at lvl 0. Or Johto lvl 3 but does not say palparked.
2)Another thing is that if it does not have a legit Id that means the Id can not be 000000 or anything like that. 3)You have to put in a secret id if your making Pokemon using Pokesav. 4)It doesn't matter if it has legit moves or ability. But for moves you have to keep it within reason. No Mewtwo knowing Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, Hydro Cannon, and Protect. You have to have at least 2 legit moves.
Hope I helped!

If the game detects you hacked, it makes the hacked Pokemon appear as bad eggs. They are NOT bad eggs, but the game makes them appear like that to prevent them to be used in battle. To avoid this problem, don't make a Pokemon with stats or info that's not possible to get without hacking. For example, don't make a mewtwo found at level 0 in mnesvadbaland, and with 999 in all stats, the game will know this poke is a hacked pokemon. I think there's a program that permits hacked Pokemon to appear on PBR, but I can't recall it's name. Hope this helps! Thanks for rating this answer!
