If you go through the very first door with the baby looking head picture above it, you'll be in my dream. If you go through the door in my dream, you can access other player's my dream.
I'm guessing you mean the fish in Helen's dream? When he's in the air fly at him and NiGHTS will grab his head use your dash move and he will split up into a bunch of colored balls, Paraloop the colored balls until he is no more. You might get hit a few times at first but it's simpler than it sounds. Good Luck!
