You know that blue tresure chest? I'm not for sure, but I think you need to open it before you can get to the second Nightopia.

You have to beat all 5 Missions in the previous dream. So in the Ocean dream you need to have completed the Bird Chase, Aqua Challenge, Link Challenge, Marine Escape, and Girania challenge in order to open the second door. When you finish each door you'll get a Persona for NiGHTS.
