Question for NHL Slapshot

I would like to change jersey numbers on certain players, like for instance, I always play with the Canadiens and I made all the latest roster moves. Brière is okay with his 48, Prust is 35, not 8, Parros is 16 (retired for Henri Richard), Pacioretty is 23, not 67, Gorges is 28, not 26, I created Gallagher and he has 13 instead of 11 and Bouillon has 51 instead of 55. Can someone help me?

You actually can change jersey numbers. First you go to OPTIONS. Then you go to SETTINGS. In the settings you go to GAME PLAY. At the bottom of the GAME PLAY page, there is an option where you can click ADDITIONAL OPTIONS. Once you click that, there will be a lot more options throughout the whole game. You can change jersey numbers, change captains, create a team, etc.
