Does anyone know what Hidan's down+strong attack (that purple circle thing) does?It's been bugging me for quite some time and I'd like to know.

When you use it build your chakra back up to full and the Hit the down and jutsu button inside of it he will stab himself and it will do more damage to them if your health is lower. Hope I helped
When you get the puple circle then do backwards special and he will stab himself and it damages your opponent
The circle is there as a segue into another special jutsu. Press back and down (Wii) and he will stab himself hurting the other guy.
Stabing him self is his ultimate jutsu you don't need the circle thiggy dinggy
When you use the circle and regain your Chakra then use the down special he will stab himself and damage the opponent here's how it works
Hudson has 15% Health left that means he was was damaged 85% so when he does this special all the damage done to him, in this case the 85 percent, will be dealt back to the enemy. If the enemy was already weakend enough it can kill him
