How do I get past Rocket Reef, I'm stuck on the Mad Science Scroll and I've done everything else on other islands and haven't unlocked any other islands.

You must be stuck on the 8balls then. Youll find those on candypalooza. All emotions can be found on rocket reef (interact with sims by being mean for sadness, run on the treadmill for anger and fish for robofish)
