how do you feed the baby?

I can't pick up food on the spoon how do I do it.

You put the wii hand on the spoon and click A to pick it up.

You pick up the spoon while holding the a button down. You know you have it when the bowl lights up and then dip it into the bowl. If steam is coming off the bowl of food, shake the remote which will shake the spoon. It will cool down if you do that. You should do this while holding at the same time.
