How do you fill the Ghoul Spirit Meter in the Monster High Wii game?

You do every mission in the game and your ghoul meter will be filled.I don't know what happens but there!
Ummm sorry but you can't say no at all in the game! Otherwise your ghoul meter will empty,,,
I have found that with the Wii version it is impossible to fill your Spirit Meter completely. And the same goes for winning Scream Queen. I have finished the game four times, completing all tasks and never saying "no" to a request and each time my Meter was only 3/4 full and Cleo won Scream Queen. I have heard that on the DS version it is possible to win Queen yourself or for other students to win, but it is not so on the Wii version.
This sucks, I know!
Ok so did you try looking at the little booklte that comes with the game becuse guees what if you look at the quest page I think it gives you the ancer in a code you see I tried it and I was only one point away from filling the spirit meter when the kitten chewed threw the motchen sencer's wire .): oh well when we fix the wii i'll try agin.
