When I load my wii mariokart game it said can't read disk what is the problemn?

Make sure your disk is cleaned. Scratched and especially fingerprinted disks are hard for the disk reader to read.

Try to put your Mario Kart Wii disk in so the picture side of the disk is facing the other way. If that does not work, try cleaning the game disk by breathing on the blank side for about 5-10 seconds and then rubbing the blank side with a towel or your shirt. It might be both, if it is both, clean the Mario Kart disk and then put the disk so the picture side is facing a different direction. (when done playing, always leave the game disk in your Wii, put the disk in it's case, or put your disk down so the picture side is facing down.)

I have just bought Mario Kart from ebay seller. I get the sane problem - says can't read disc - guess the seller knew that. Have to write it down to experience but have now close my ebay account as have had several issues which customer service won't deal with
