Cheating Champ?
Okay.So,I raced a chamion ghost for Luigi Circuit(Alex)& he just was fooling around & after 3 minutes,he just sat there,doing nothing.Nada.Is this person using powersaves or did he find out a glitch?

He probably cheated in order to obtain a very fast time, even if he was just fooling around for that long - some of the cheats/glitches require you to do just that. However, this feat is not replicable with the saved ghosts, so they just appear to be fooling around with no result.

There's not any real way to know. It could be both, but much more likely Powersaves, since this type of games, top class and quality, rarely have any flaws that the player can take advantage of, specially flaws that give you score, like in your case.
