150cc & Staff Ghosts
2 questions. Is there a faster way ir tips/tricks/hints to get a star rank in the 150cc and mirror cups? Also, is there a way to check how many staff/expert staff ghosts you have already unlock, like yoru progress? If so how do you do it.

For the first one, unfortunately not. With the AI that basically cheats, it's very difficult and frustrating.
The way I always tell is if the Expert Staff Ghost has set a very tough time to beat.
