When you get dry bowser, do you get star rank on all the cups, or the top row? Also a shout out to goal machine. Thanks gamedude 8.

Luckily, to unlock Dry Bowser, you only have to get a star rank on all the Wii Grand Prix's(so yes the top row) on 150cc. If you get star rank on the bottom(retro Grand Prix's) on 150cc, then you will unlock the Aero Glider kart. And uh thanks I guess
