I've done almost all the time trials and unlocked almost all the expert staff ghost exept luigi curcuit, I've done it in 1:17:267 thats 2 seconds fater than the ghost data but I havent unlocked the expert data, how fast do I have to be?

I usally beat the ghosts by at least 5 secs or faster to unlock the expert or also known as the fast staff ghosts.

It is an expert staff ghost data you've beaten so you have unlocked it

There has to be at least 5 seconds of difference between you and the ghost data (obviously being you the winner) in order to unlock the expert staff ghost for that track. Hope this helps!
