Are fast staff ghosts and expert staf ghost the same thing becuase I got 4 fast staff ghosts and didnt unlock funky kong

Not really, for expert staff ghosts you have to have a certain time on a course.

No, becayse expert staff ghosts are...experts. They are better than the normal staff ghosts. Faster...as well.

No they are not really, but you get funky kong by after doing that go to the title screen then go back to the page you were on and there you now have funky kong.

I think they're the same because when you beat the normal staff ghost, an expert staff ghost appears, and expert staff ghost are insanely fast!
I got funky kong by unlocking four of these.
