We found 4 of the 5 bombs in burning bridges but not sure which ones we found where are all 5 bombs?

The 5th bomb is the one at the end of the wood bridge where neville can dig it up. The 4th one requires your to light your wand.. It is wrapped in vines. Look for green bomb holders.
