How do I get it on non-stop shuffle mode? I just can't find it. Its says on song selection, but I don't see where.

You may have to enable it in your Settings. Either that or you have to earn Non-Stop Shuffle through Mojo points. I don't have Just Dance 3, but I know a bit about it.
