Hi I REALLY need help I want to know how to get the watery key to the water cave PLEASE I'm begging you help me please!

You find paelo, ozzys son, he usually hangs out in the light house or artound tht area, talk to him and he will give youthe key and finish the puzzle

I could totally be wrong with what I am about to tell you, but if you have the key, go to Harmonica Town and You will see all of the walk ways and stairs. To the left of all of that is a gate. That gate is what you need to unlock to get into the cave. I hope I am not just saying this out of complete stupidity... The waterway cave is between the inn and the clinic.
