Give them their favorite foods everyday and you will slowly increase their love

You can give them there favorite foods but also (this really speeds up the process) you can connect another wii remote and while you're by a character use that second wii remote to "rub" them. Which in turn is like giving them something they love along with their favorite food, so you get double the points. If you do this for 5 days straight you will get a 1 heart every 5 days. I wish you the best! This game can get frustrating with it's lack of money and such, but just keep going at it!

Also talking to them until they repeat themselves along with a gift speeds it up really fast.

You can give the ones at the tailor shop flowers and herbs. they like that too!

use the second wii remote and rub them ..... Cleoe takes 5 days to make one heart .... Owen, Mira take 6 days and barbra takes 8 days to get one heart

Find out their favorite food and use the second wii remote to use the heart cursor to (rub) them and DO NOT MISS A DAY! It will take longer if you do.but you can also wait until the purple bell(heart) is rung then it would be easier.this is very helpful.

You will have to give them their most lovedfoods. The one with the most benifits are the bachelors/bachelorettes (so they will give you gifts at 2/3 hearts). Remember that you only need to give them gifts until 3 hearts to get their wish

To make friends faster, do this in the SAME ORDER:
1. Rub them by passing a second wii remote on the person
2. Talk to them
3. Give him/her his/her favorite food

To increase your relationships with peers, animals, and marriage candidates, impress them by gifting to them their favourite things. It takes time, but their heart meter will gradually increase. If this method isn't fast enough for you, connect another Wii remote, and "Rub" the character until an explosion of hearts erupts above their head. It's like giving two gifts in one day, therefore, increasing your relationship faster.
