I have seen an answer to a question which says to reset the game.How do you do this and will it lose previously stored progress so you have to start again at the beginning

I think you have to go to the wii menu, go to the settings, go to memory/data, whatever it says. And it should have all the games youve played on the system. Click on the game you want to reset, hit erase. That will erase it's data and it should be like a new game when you put it in the wii.
