Precision mode tightens up the timing for hitting notes. Basically, when you use the precision mode cheat, it makes it to where you have to hit the notes exactly on time making it a little harder to play.

It pretty much raises the challenge
When you have this cheat in, you gotta hit the notes right on the spot
It actually makes the notes dissapear.
