Have items equipped that give you high focus and range. Next simply target the door and follow the arrows. Once you do the door will open to show a face. Have the guardian guys on the sides attack the face. The door will close again. Simply repeat to gain access to the yuke treasure hall.
Equip gear till your attack is about 3-4 and the roll does damage ability then when battling the door, open then roll to destroy the door in about 3-4 hits. Much easier and faster.
