What do you do with the jewels you collect throughout the game and after bell how do you know you finished the game

You can so nothing with the jewels. I know it's stupid but, you can't. Done looked it up.
Not sure about jems but I've completed the game and once you complete all lands bells too you go up stairs and go to the throne room but it's not over yet you still need to defeat one more thing and once defeated your castle will be normal and you go back to the main menu

Once my daughter did the main four she wanted to change what she was wearing and there was a surprise in the throne room to rid the evil then she got the golden set and a little story is told then you can roam around the castle and we still got to complete belle so the surprise comes after the 4 main process stories but you can do belle before the surprise or after the surprise. The gems do nothing but they help you find you're way to where you need to go and for my daughter she found it exciting to collect the gems. Hope this helped
P.S The last bit is quite hard with an evil princess called Zara who made the bogs and you have to defeat her
The gems that you can collect have no use at all in my experience. I'm not sure why they're in the game at all. You know that you have completed the game after Zara is defeated and in order for that to happen, you must have fully completed all the other princess' stories.
