First you go onto free flight mode, then you pick a landmark (such as nepal), next you pick a character. There are about 10 puzzle pieces to be found on each landmark. Make sure to check every single part of the landmark. When you fly around try to go as high as you can to get a clear view of the landmark. If you think you can see a little orange thing spinning around in circles you have found a piece. Repeat this method in many landmarks and eventually you will find every single puzzle in the game.
