Spell 4

How many spells are there? I was wondering because my friend and I have 3 spells and we don't have the 4th even though we have 400 spellcasters.

There are only 3 spells, so after you reach 100 spellcasters haveing more just decreases the time it takes for a spell to recharge I think the time stops decreaseing when you have 750 spellcasters but I am not sure.
