I'm on Case 1 - I am stuck on the golf course, when I select the hole on the course to my left it gives me a grey closed toolbox and this happens when I go to the collasped lamp, I cannot get into the windmill all I can do is move forward but thats it.
What am I doing wrong?

you need to get a warrent from capt.brass to get into the windmill the game will let you no whn you have a warrent avalible
