Where you start go forward to the mountains and then go to the barrier and just fish around in there until you spot it ( The only times I catch it is when I'm in the top pro tournament so try that)
If there is not one there follow the mountain on the left hand side arount to were the sand bank is .and you could find one half way between that sand bank and the elk about 5meters from the bank remember this one is only in top pro as well
