After getting off the roof of the train, speaking to the civilian and breaking through the wall and solving the puzzle, you end up in a room with a balcony and a button in the middle. How do you get through the locked door to get to the King???

Have Toph earth-bend a block from the wall. She uses this to climb onto the balcony. Stand behind the globe hanging from the ceiling and press 'B' repeatedly (until the globe falls down). That falls on the button and the door opens.
Pull out the golden book, jump on the block, jump on the ledge by the books, and hit the giant globe to knock it down. (must fight off lots of people after breaking down the globe to open the door).
