I found the ghost lamp before I found the ghost and I never knew what to do so I set it to a different time date and year. What do I do now? I want all the weeds removed from my town but I can't find the ghost even when I set the correct time and date you guys told me to. And the south east part I also did that too and he was not there so please help me.

I also received the lamp before I saw the ghost one night. If you have the time correctly set, that's the first step. He doesn't show up every night, but when he did for me, it was around 4 and completely caught me by surprise. Don't just stand there waiting for him. He shows up when you're running, at least he has every other time for me.
He normally comes around when you are in a later time and when the time is actually set correctly and he comes when you're walking around at random
Well, you could Just walk around the beach and continue up until you get the messages and find him, or you could get a few from me... Either way
