The Empty Lamp?

I found this empty lamp but I have no idea what to do with it.
Can anyone help?

It's wisps lamp at night you can find him I'm still trying to find him my self but he will ask you for his lamp so keep hold of your empty lamp

That lamp you have is an Empty Lamp. It belongs to Wisp,the ghost. He's a special guest that can be accessed after 8 p.m. On weekdays near the southeast corner of town.

Iv just found whisp the ghost! Its 11pm so i think he comes between 10-4am on every monday nights. Or just set ur time and date to a monday at 11pm thats what i did and found his straight away along the south east coast.

when you are looking for wisp (this happened to me once so don't do it!) if u drop the lamp somewhere random then save then start playing again the lamp will be gone and u will not see it intil u make a new person in ur town warning:DO NOT SELL THE LAMP!!!! i learned that the hard way,anyway if you give Wisp his lamp he will grant u 1 wish one of the wishes are to clear all the weeds in ur town i don't know the other ones!
