Question for Animal Crossing: City Folk

Every Monday a Ghost will come to your town and ask for his lamp, right? I'm wondering what time this ghost arrives or what time you can find him. Please answer this and I thank-you if you have the right information and are nice enough to do so. Smile

I actually got him once at 9:40 pm on a Monday night... So yea, but I remember in the original game he shows up mostly around South East part of town around 4 am
