More than 1 person in a town.

Question asked by DarkShinigami on
Last Modified:

More than 1 person in a town.

My sister bought the game and made a player, then let me make my own. Then my sister went back to play and Tom Nook told her that she had to introduce my character to the town. But everytime her character comes to my characters house, my character is always sleeping. Is this supposed to happen or am I supposed to bring my character out of the house before she can meet me?

You do not have to introduce you own characters to each other. You would only have to introduce your characters to the animal npcs and the mayor.

jono-g-da gamemaster answered:

You just have to introduce yourself to Animal Crossing townspeople and the mayor, NOT characters created by you or anyone else in your family. Hope you found this helpful

koolbutkrazy101 answered:

You don't have to introduce yourself to other players, just other animals and the mayor. Plus, no more than one person can get on at a time and it's normal to see your other player sleeping. In fact, your other player is SUPPOSED to be sleeping.

Karate girl Caitlin answered:

You don't need to introduce yourself to the humans just the animals including the mayor(inside the town hall)

Craig555 answered:

This is supposed to happen, unless you have two Nintendo Wii consoles, two Animal Crossing: let's go to the City and a Nintendo wi-fi connector for each player. Your character is sleeping because you are currently no tplaying as him or her. I have done this too, with my sister and she was asleep in her bedroom.

Evee answered:

You do not need to introduce the humans to each other, only the human to the animals! Make sure you also introduce yourself to the mayor.

Guest answered:

You only need introduce to the NPCs and mayor Tortimer. Its impossible to have two players playing at once on the same console!
