On a flee market day once a month I think.

When you check on the town notice board there will be a birs on the top you might hear it churping, but that tells you when there is a new notice, anyways it says something like "flea market on saturday" that is when you're residents buy your stuff - only with your permission though.

Instead so you want money,go to your bank depoist 50,000 or more the date in the wii
menu do the cal The date to 2000 then go to
the game your playing go to your character
then save it after that you go back to the
wii menu again then change the date to 2037
then go to your game and character,it should have
put 99,999 bells in your bank just in case it should
say that 99,999 was in your annount check the
mailbox

Itv is when a flea market is on. Go in your house and wait then people will start rushing in your house, when they face an item that means they wanna buy it. Click them and they will ask you how much you want,
Then press ok.If it's too much they will ask you to lower the price a little.But you can also say no and change your mind. Flee markets are on the first Saturday of every month I think. Smile
