Unlock 30 Lives:

At the 'Title' screen press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A.

Max Out Abilities:

During gameplay press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A. This code can only be used once per level.

Unlock Sound Test Menu:

Hold A + B and turn on the NES and press 'Start' when the screen comes up. Then hold A + B until the 'Title' screen and press 'Start' again.
