I'm not sure if you can. I do recommend not to if so because my friend did it somehow and it crashes his whole ps vita!!! Not just the game, the system had a virus from the mods.

If you have a PS3 System, then I suggest firstly putting it onto that. Once done go onto your PS Vita and click download PS3 save and then you can download the mod.

I know, you must download illegal software, and reprogrammed the code, in this manner the code authorisation will be 'true'. An alow you to format the game itself.
