This weapon is a ball of spikes on a stick and to craft it you will need x20 Iron, x5 Fine Wood, x10 Linen Thread, and x5 Needles. You will be able to harvest Needles from Deathsquitos in a plain biome, and Linen Thread is made by using flax on a spinning wheel.
