You don't need a cheat, and there really isn't one. The Gatling Gun is located on top of the red train track bridge leading from San Fierro to the third island to the north. It's on top of one of the metal beams, so you'll need a jetpack, a helicopter, or a bunch of vehicles stacked on top of one another to get to it.

Hi. If you're looking for a Pokemon to be traded with you, then your best bet would be to visit our Pokemon Trading Forum located here. No. Those are Gen 4 Pokemon. You're currently playing a Gen 3 game. The data for those Pokemon don't exist in the game you're playing.

I don't believe there is a cheat for that. If you want that vehicle, you're going to have to mod the game. It's much easier to mod PC version of the game, so you should try investing in that. Once you have a PC version, all you'll need to do is search for the Mod through Google.
