General Gameplay

For the gameplay, Unkilled wastes no time dilly-dallying with unnecessary introductions but instead gets right into the gameplay soon enough. The game begins with special agent Joe being thrown into the city filled with hungry zombies.

The game is divided into Tiers, which consist of around 10 to 12 missions. Each mission is short but has a few set of goals for the player to meet. Some of the set goals for each mission would involve killing off a certain number of zombies/Walkers, completing the mission in a fixed amount of time, or even completing the mission with a particular amount of health. At the end of every mission, players will be rewarded with a fixed amount of money and experience points. Whether or not the player is able to meet all the goals set in the mission, each mission will be ranked with one, two, or three stars.

As the mission involves being thrown in the midst of zombies, players will have to be armed well. Players will be given quite a lot of weapons to choose from. But in the beginning, they will be armed with a CBJ-MS, a short-ranged gun that is well to do enough damage to the zombies in the beginning stages. Aside from that, you will also choose a secondary support weapon which you will use for close combat.

Once in-game, players will just simply move around by tapping the left area of the screen. To shoot zombies, players will have to choose whether to use automatic fire or manual fire.

In between game , players may use several boosters (adrenaline, med kit, etc.) to enhance gameplay. These boosters’ icons will be displayed at the right hand side of the screen and players will just have to tap on them to activate it.

Shooting zombies, and completing missions, will reward the players with experience points, health points after—all the player has to do is to pick-up the respective icons.

Each mission can be replayed later on if the player would want to get a do-over or perhaps try for a three-star rating. Players will also be given a fixed number of Energy points. These Energy points are used if the player will have to retry a mission. One energy point is replenished after seven minutes.

Upgrading weapons and purchasing boosters are essential but getting upgrades and boosters quickly would require the use of Gold coins, which also requires in-app purchases.
