First Weapon Loadout

To begin with in Unexplored 2: The Wayfarer's Legacy it is recommended that you stick to a one-handed weapon and a shield. This loadout will offer protection against ranged attacks and give you a fair chance against most of the enemies you will encounter. Keep in mind that although the two-handed weapons deal more damage the lack of shield will make you vulnerable to attacks.

Sneak Past Enemies

A key element of Unexplored 2: The Wayfarer's Legacy is permadeath. This basically means once your character dies, they can't be revived, and you will have no option but to make a new hero and either return to the same world or begin a fresh run-through. Although defeating enemies will enable you to loot them and give you free rein to collect items in the area, it also means you may take damage or even be killed. If you are in doubt whether you can take down the enemy quickly, and efficiently you should adopt the cautious approach and sneak past them, so you get to the next area unharmed.

Places to Loot

The best places to loot in Unexplored 2: The Wayfarer's Legacy are ruins as they have all kinds of treasures you can grab. Keep an eye out for barrows, these are an ancient burial place covered with a large mound of earth and the last resting place of great warriors. When you come across a barrow you will be able to loot valuable equipment which the warrior used when they were alive. Caves can have clan gifts and plentiful valuables if you bring a pickaxe. Scrying towers can give valuable leads on magic.
