Sunhat

Speak with the blueberry in the northeast corner of Veggieville. Grow the flower behind him and deliver it to the strawberry that can be found to the south of him. Then talk to the florist again who will now give you the hat.

Crown

At the start of the Bustling Barn after beating King Pig talk to slayQueen32, and she will give you the hat.

Hardhat

After beating King Pig, talk to the beet in the winding hallway in the Bustling Barn where you had to avoid some snails. He will ask you to bring some wood for him in the alleyway in Layer Lane. Speak to the blueberry to get some wood and then return it to the beet you spoke with to get this hat.

Fedora

After beating the Forsaken Farmhouse, talk to the Pickled Gang in the ice box who will ask you to get them a hammer, so they can break out. Head to the alleyway in Layer Lane and talk to the carrot there. Bring the hammer back and the Pickled Gang will give you the fedora.

Explorer Hat

Once you have the green goop in the Forgotten Forest, speak with Annie to get the hat.

Tophat

Dig up a grave on the top left of the first section of the Grim Graveyard with your sword to get the hat.

Bird

Speak with Tots once you complete the Grim Graveyard to inform him about Pops in the ice box of Forsaken Farmhouse. He will give you a letter which you need to bring to Pops in the ice box for another letter. Return the letter to Tots in the graveyard to be rewarded with this hat.

Farmer Hat

To get this hat you need to bring Pops' (Idle Icebox) letter to Tots' (Grim Graveyard) and return to Pops.

Scissors

This hat can be obtained by picking up the hair dye in the room to the right of the kitchen in Bomb Bunker and return it to the barber carrot in Layer Lane.
