Shibuya is your main hub in the game. This is where you can find the shops, vending machines, and other story-related spots. It's bustling with people and you even have to cross the road frequently to access all establishments in the area. You can walk or just use the Tokyo Access Map to fast-travel to the establishments. Aside from the number of vending machines in the area, here are the list of establishments you can visit:
Heehoo Mart

This is where you can buy various consumables. Depending on the amount you spent, you can earn Melmarks, which can be used as tokens to enter the Lottery, where you have the chance to win more items. One Melmark is equivalent to one lottery entry. The item you'll get will be randomly pulled from the prize pool; the higher prize rank, the better quality and more valuable item you'll get.
Fun Fact: Anna, the recurring redhead merchant from the Fire Emblem series, makes an appearance as the store clerk. She even does her signature pose.

Cafe Seiren
In this establishment, you can buy drinks and food to fully replenish your party's HP and EP, cure all status ailments, and revive Unconscious characters. Getting a food or drink that a character likes increases that character's LCK temporarily for a few battles.
Fun Fact: Illyana, the mage with a bottomless stomach from FE: Path of Radiance and FE: Radiant Dawn makes an appearance as a waitress in the game.

Jewelry Carabia
You can buy accessories from this shop. Accessories in the game provide armor bonuses and other beneficial effects so it's always a good idea to carry ones that will complement your characters' strengths or rectify their weaknesses. However, accessories are also pricey so you may have to grind for money to afford them. Buying items from Carabia will earn you Melmarks that you can exchange in Heehoo Mart. Carabia doesn't offer lottery items in exchange for Melmarks.
Fun Fact: Aimee, a recurring shopkeeper from the Fire Emblem series appears as the clerk for this jewelry store.
