If you make a split level home you will be able to cheat the tile system as it will only detect the tiles for the room with the raised floor. To make a split level home in The Sims 4: Tiny Living you need to create two rooms next to each other and raise the foundation. Once you have done this you then need to delete the floor in one of the rooms along with the wall that separates them. The foundation on the lower level of the house will still be visible so you will need to have a roof extended over it instead of a second floor placed on top of it.
