    You will pass Mayaumekis Shrine when you travel through the Rising Island Chain (after the cutscene where Tulin and Link hear a voice) To reach the shrine you will need to use the trampoline boat right ahead of you so that you are able to glide towards it. The coordinates of the Mayaumekis Shrine is 2947, 2051, 0897. In order to solve this shrine you will need arrows and your archery skills. Ascend can also come in useful.

How To Use Bubbul Gems

Bubbul Gems are a collectible in Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that is dropped by Bubbulfrogs. They can be spent to get new armour sets and useful materials. Bubbulfrogs can be found throughout Hyrule, both in the sky and on the surface, in the game's caves and wells.

They are usually found clinging to the wall or the ceiling, and they make a distinctive noise which you will be able to hear when you are near to them.
