Just like in the standard version of this game, (The Jumping Pasta), the Turbo version of the game allows you to get the platinum trophy very easily, but in even less time that the standard game.
Basically, you just need make 500 jumps in the game to obtain the platinum trophy. To do this simply hold down the ump button until you have made 500 jumps. It should take about a minute more or less.
Once you have completed 500 jumps you will have unlocked all of the trophies in the game including the platinum one.
