You can customize, but you don't really create. You can customize facial features but can't pick race and height/build.
You mean just like 1 I don't think so quize I can't find a picture of the godfather 2 custumization anywhere on google.
Yes you can customize but your name is Dominic and you can't change that you can also custom your clothes and your familys clothes.
